Yes, you can cancel orders before our weekly order cut-off (Tuesday 3pm). To cancel your order, please send an email to orders@feest.com.au. After the cut-off, our team will have already started preparing your order, so we won’t be able to cancel it!
Yes, our minimum order value is $70.00.
Yes! Each week on Wednesday our menu is updated with new menu offerings for you to choose from.

Our courier company doesn’t currently have an option for live tracking of orders. You will receive an email once your order has been fulfilled and a text message once your order has been delivered.
Our orders are delivered on Friday between 6am-6pm. Your meal will be packaged with ice packs and can remain outside of the refrigerator for 12 hours.
There is no need for you to be home to accept your delivery. Our couriers will leave your package in a safe spot, undercover if possible. Your package contains ice packs and meals will be kept cold for around 12 hours before needing refrigeration.
Unfortunately, we cannot deliver your order to a PO due to the size and contents of your order.
We do not offer a local pick-up option at this stage.
We try to cater to as many people as possible with our Feest GF range and wholefoods menu. Due to our manufacturing process, we can’t make changes to ingredients on an individual basis.
FEEST uses calorie tracking software to ensure our nutritional information panels are as accurate as possible. We follow health guidelines for daily recommended caloric intake. Individual circumstances should be considered before ordering from FEEST.

Please note, whilst all care is taken when preparing meals, our kitchen is not an allergen-free environment and our facilities process nuts, gluten and other common allergens.

All our meals are made to order so we can offer the longest shelf life possible. Using our modified atmosphere packaging, all our meals have at least a 10-day shelf life. Individual expiry dates will be printed on each meal you receive.
Our standard meals are approximately 400g.
Our product range varies in the amount of plant-based protein contained in each meal. Individual product pages and meal labels will contain nutritional information, including levels of protein in each meal. It is important to seek nutritional advice before adopting any meal plan.
Yes! Our menu items are created using fresh, wholefoods ingredients with minimal use of highly processed foods. FEEST has a focus on creating delicious menu items, so we maximise our use of herbs, spices and flavourful ingredient combinations to create irresistible menu items.
Our meals can be used as part of a weight loss diet plans. Individuals should seek independent medical or nutritional advice before adopting any meal or diet plan.

YES! Every one of our menu items are 100% vegan.
Fresh meals are best reheated in the microwave by piercing the plastic film and microwaving on HIGH for 2 minutes. Allow your meal to stand for 1 minute and stir to ensure even heating. Frozen meals are best reheated on the stove or in the oven.
For optimum taste, we don’t recommend freezing your meals. However, if they are frozen prior to the expiry date listed on the package, your meals will keep in the freezer for up to 3 months.

Meals should be kept refrigerated below 5 degrees.
Our trays are made from 100% BPA free PP material. This material is safe for direct food contact.
We use a special modified atmosphere packaging (MAP) to ensure maximum shelf life of foods. MAP uses a combination of food safe gases to extend shelf life, avoiding the need for nasty preservatives. Refer to individual packaging for expiry dates.
Our couriers can’t collect used packaging materials at this stage. However, our cartons can be recycled, and ice packs can be reused at home.
No, unfortunately, due to food safety standards and practices, we cannot use external packaging for meals. All of our meal containers are BPA-free, PP microwavable trays.
